Coming soon. In this book readers will join the me on my personal and inspiring journey of leading a Scout troop in the United Kingdom. Through the my experiences, failures and reflections, readers will learn about the day-to-day challenges of being a Scout leader and the strategies for recruiting adult volunteers in today’s society.
